Returns & Exchanges

I gladly accept returns and exchanges within the following parameters:

Items purchased in person: All in person sales are final unless there is a fault in the product, not including damage caused to the item after purchase.

Items shipped: Contact me within: 3 days of delivery. Return items back within: 10 days of delivery.

The following items can’t be returned or exchanged:

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns/exchanges for:

  • Custom or personalised orders.
  • Items on sale.

Conditions of return:

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs or delivery at a pre-arranged convenient time. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
